Perfume is far more concentrated and is usually applied with just a dab on the pulse. Toilette is usually a more diluted version with that allows for atomization (spray)

Eau de perfume is more concentrated leaving a heavier scent. It generally costs more than eau de toilette. Eau de toilette is not as overpowering and is lighter.

Eau de toilette is a lighter version of a fragrance, and is kind of watered down. Eau de perfume is concentrated and pure perfume.

eau de toilette is not as concentrated. eau de perfume contains more of the oil that concentrates the perfume therefore making the use of less work just as well.
