Yes.I am a man like that. I am very devoted to my family and have made a commitment to love, cherish and protect them for life, even at a cost to myself. They are more important than I am. They're happiness means everything to me and it makes me happy to see them smile. You have to be willing to commit yourself and all of your emotions to your spouse and while it may leave you vulnerable it is the only way to truly make a relationship work. Yes, there are still a few good men out here. There will always be differences between people but working through these things is the key. Too many people give up too easily when times get tough.

I feel sorry for you. I married my wife 45 years ago, in 1962. Our kids have all grown up now and moved out.

I met her in high school. We married when I was 19 and she was 17. We've had our fair share of troubles and problems, but i love my wife and will love her till my death. I've only ever been with her. She was my first love. She is my last love. I've only ever loved her; i've never had another girlfriend

I was lucky, I guess. I found the woman of my dreams.

My husband is one. He loves his family and he does a lot for them. So is my dad. He's been married to my mom for almost 35 years and they've had their shares of prolbems but he's always been there for me and my 2 brothers and helped us when we needed it and still does even though we all are grown up and moved out on our own. We know we can always count on him when we need him.
