Drinking a mug of horlicks can be part of your bed time ritual & relaxes you. Horlicks can give you a feeling of satisfaction making you sleepy. I know, from a personal point of view, horlicks reminds me of my childhood which relaxes me, making me nod off.

I love the stuff. My Grandma always used to make it us when we stayed over at their house.
If you use hot chocolate powder, sugar and milk.. and throw it in the microwave til its nice and warm, that works too.
