Are you kidding...with as much as useless idiots get paid these days to play a game (a.k.a. athletes) or memorize some lines... a baby probably gets a $100K for crappin his/her diaper on camera in a show.

Crying is not speaking although it may be considered acting.
If you fall down on the set is this considered stunt work?

Not unless he/she can cry only on cue, but refrain from doing so for the rest of the shoot??? Now, that would be a talented baby ;P
