I'm just 17 and has never been in a relation so I don't know much what to say. But from the tone seems you're regretting. Right? If yes, don't be too harsh be yourself. Give yourself another chance. Just don't repeat it. Okay?
I don't know if you must say it too your bf. If you say it may put your relation on danger. But if you don't, wouldn't it be a betrayal? Its up to you.
Just put it behind you and continue a good relation with your bf.

if u r in a relationship u should both agree that some things will be 'open' while others will be closed(private).
You should have it set up with ur boyfriend that if u have sexual acts with another he can know, or would he prefer not to know?
its not a gray area. If he wants to know then he is slightly feeling jealous about it. This guilt can hurt the relationship. Especially if u both really care about each other.
However if he doesnt want to know it means he either doesnt care, or does the same sort of stuff.

Look dont beat yourself up about it... Everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect... I mean yea.. it was something that you shouldn't have done but honey... things pass with time... Just dont do it again... If you learned from your lesson then there is really nothing that anyone can say to you... What other people say doesnt really matter its all about what you feel inside... and if you can tell yourself HONESTLY that you wont do it again then move on baby! yes, i was with a guy for 3 and a half years i got drunk and kissed someone else i loved my bloke so much that i could not, not tell him.
admitidly it's not a happy ending, he then broke up with me, but that just told me how he really cared for me cause he would't have ended it for just a kiss if he really loved me, and let 3 and a half years go down the pan, i am still glad i was honest to this day and that was 3 years ago.

Yes you did do a wrong thing but the important thing is not to repeat it and learn from your mistakes... And if you really loved him you wouldnt do that to him... even you did, people have no right to judge you coz it's your life... and your own mistake (if you consider it as a mistake) ...
