Yes, as others have mentioned, the twins - Cole and Dylan Sprouse - are the same twins who played Julian McGrath A.K.A "Frankenstein." They took turns playing the role. The boys also starred in an episode of That '70s Show.

Cole Sprouse was also Ross's son, Ben (Friends) in 2000-2002.
The episode that sticks out in my mind is the practical jokes where he makes Rachel run a quarter down her face and leave a mark!
