suppose my lesson is on 40th page and somebody is on 20th page . that question is right? or what should i say instead of that ? what is it's opposite?? thanks ..

You may say: " Am I 20 pages ahead of you?"

or :" Are you on page 20?" If the reply is yes, then you proceed to: " I am on page 40, I am ahead of you in the lecture."

The correct way to state this would be:
"I'm further along (or ahead) in the lecture than you are."
the opposite is
"I haven't reached that point in my lecture."
