hate because hate can consume you and your energy where as love is natural and easy

I would say it would take more energy to hate than to love.

Love is unconditional and requires all that you do is feel compassion, empathy and caring towards another.

Once you love someone or even a thing for that matter it takes no work to think about it, it just comes to you with little effort. Many times you dont even remember the point where you fell in love you just did.

Where as hate, hate is an altogether different emotion. It takes time and energy to breed. You remember the point where you hate something because you have to stoke feelings of envy, anger, and jealousy indide you, then let let them fester with the image of that which you hate always on your mind. It's a strong and purile emotion that does not come easy because it is not the human nature to easily hate something.

Racism, Bigotry all these are things that are taught and worked at none of these come with out alot of hard work. These are the things that most would never trade over for love of ones fellow man. But these are good examples of the energy people need to put into something to hate.

Love is much simpler, purer and natural and though it does require some work at times it seems like the effort to get there is much less.

These are two different types of energy.
Hate is wild and torrent. LIke a fierce winter wind. The energy is violent but cannot last for extended periods of time, unless the people love to hate.

Love is a slow energy. Love is a marathon. Constant, gentle, energy, that envelopes people and feeds off shared emotion. Love gets stronger when it is shared.

I personally believe that it takes more energy to love than to hate. Mostly because if you love you have to be able to face the storm and withstand the violent winds. After the winds die down, the person is pliable and able to understand your convictions and how much you care.

It is much easier to love someone than to hate someone.

Because hatred is an utter waste of energy. Love is a strong feeling but in terms of energy, its a different case. If you love someone, you'll be simply happy to see their pleasures or successes. But if you hate someone, you want to see them struggling. It'll take a lot of energy to plan/do anything against them. Also, their pleasure hurts you, you'll want to win over them and envy/hatred will cause mental tension and hard, competive work surely consume energy. Why all these troubles while you can keep yourself calm, cool and even happy by loving instead?
(But 'mad love' may be energy consuming, I never know.)

mostly, it would be hate. when you hate you usually are aggressive..sometimes yelling, throwing things. that takes alot of strength.
love is a natural feeling. i know its harder to hate because once you love someone and its true you cant get out of it. so in that case, its impossible to hate someone.

on the other hand, once in a while its easy to hate a person because of the way theyre doing things. when they dont seem to care even though they should. maybe not flat-out hate like i want the person to burn..that takes alot of energy all the time. but like the kind of hate where you think i wish they could learn and hoping they get their karma in a productive way. mostly you get the feeling of not wanting to see them in the case where they dont care.

I think for me, it takes more energy to hate. It's just easier to be forgiving and to love that person instead.

I'm really not concerned as to how much energy is used. What I do know is, having the choice and we have the choice, I'd much rather Love. It's a much better feeling.
