That's not yours, it ours.
They are used for when 2 words are put together to be shortened.
That's is short for that is.
Hope that helps.

That's not yours, it's ours.
This is now a shortened version of saying 'That is not yours, it is ours'.
Apostrophe is used to show position. Apostrophe is also used for contraction of a word and is placed where letters have been left out.

The apostrophe should be placed in the word "it's" as a contraction for the words "it is".

That`s not yours, it`s ours. The ` after that, is to indicate there is a letter missing (i) it should be that is, and the same after the it, it is. The apostrophe is instead of the letter i in each case as a shortened version.

That's not yours, it's ours.
Use the apostrophes to indicate a contraction. THAT'S is a contraction of the words - THAT and IS; while IT's , is a contraction of the words IT and IS.

It's correct the way it is. Yours and ours, in this case need no apostrophe.

Actually, I think it should be: "That's not yours; it's ours." The comma should be a semicolon or a period. "That's" means "That is." "It's" means "It is." I think commas are often overused. Read a great book on commas. "Eats, Shoots and Leaves." There is a child version and an adult version. The child version is just sentences with commas in different places and illustrations of what the sentences really mean. The adult version is like a funny textbook.

That's not yours, it's ours.
In both cases, the apostrophe is standing in for the verb "is".
{That is not yours, it is ours}.
