What a clever idea. I am sure that will bring peace to the Mideast. Also, it would give terrorists (Syria is a terrorist nation) a better opportunity to do their dirty work here during the "exchange." I am sure the US State Department is holding its breath waiting for such a solution to the problems in the Mideast!! Call them and see their reaction. Then duck!!

First you need to learn spell Syria!!! And you wonder why they don't like us. I do like the Idea of giving them Bonds in exchange for some good Taboouleh and falafel.

I think associating with anything as "American" while in Syria could have very negative implications for your life expectancy.
My suggestion would be a country a little less hostile.
