1. the sky is blue because reflection of sunlight is indirectly proportianal to the wavelength of the light meaning that for the shortest visible wavelenghs (blue) there is the greatest amount of scattering.

2. Clouds become dark because they contain a great deal of liquid water and so visible light is unable to penetrate through the cloud to its base because it is absorbed in the cloud and reflected from its top.

3. Our breath is warm moist air which when it is cooled to the dewpoint by the outside air forms a fog.

4. The same explanation here for your specs. The cool glass condenses the moisture in your warm moist breath on the glass.
