It will print colored headings but not the body. I am trying to print some emails. it says the colored and black ink cartriges are full...

check with the printer setting which have the body should be printed in black only since in my printer software i have the feature we can print the document body in black

Difficult to understand what you're asking here. All the documents that I print are "my documents", do you mean MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Images, Something else?

You can try to clean the black print cartridge, but sometimes mine does this from certain websites. I have learned that those websites make it so the article cannot be printed.

The black cartridge may be congested or too dirty to print. Remove it, clean it with alcohol and a Q-tip, and try again.

mabe the body is is mmade by some background pictures and the printer is set not to prin backgrounds ?

dont try to highlight what you want to print, file, page set up, make sure it says portrait, and paper size is 8.5 x 11 (letter)....
