in my emails the top part is there but the letter itself is blank, what happened?

not all emails, but just some, what can i do to fix this?

When this happens, click on the toolbar above, REFRESH.

What has happened is there is a glitch in the dowload process, most probably cause by "share networkings" which email systems utilize between one another. That is a common problem when email sites are experience software overloads.
