The culprit maybe the gourami. So the choice is to remove the injured fish into another bottle or vessel big enough, treat them with some decent medicine for fin damage before finrot occurs(a deadly disease ).
You should give your fishes in tank with many hiding places, providing rocks, driftwood etc & also a lot of plants, in order to protect them from being bullied by others.

I suspect the gourami is the tail-biter. It is usually not recommended to have gouramis with long-finned fish. It may have worked for you once, but that was an exception, not the rule.

Either remove the gourami to a different tank, or put a lot of plants (real or plastic) in to provide hiding places for the smaller fish. Once they are not being picked on, the tails should grow back.

Do not put fish with large tails in a tank with other fish, as the tail moves they get tempted and take a bite out.

Tail biting is not uncommon and the cure is to allow more space or keep with compatible species in a small tank.

Just water them regularly and occasionaly feed them with miriclegrow or biofeed. Fertilzer may be applied to less successfull areas and pestasides used where increased consuption is present.
