Is there a private lender to loan $5,000 at 15%/ can prove income?
I have worked hard in the past year, and managed to raise my fico score to low 600.
I have only a few bills to pay off.
once I pay these off I will raise my score to get financing to invest in real estate.
Once I pay these off I could raise my score tremendously.
To do this I'm willing to pay a high interest rate.
Are there any interested lenders?

I was able to get out a $1,000 loan at 8.5% (I have a ~720 FICO Score).
Just make sure you start your interest rate high so that people fill your order quickly...then just watch the interest rate fall as more interested people bid on you.
