right click on the shortcut/ properties/ where is say target at the end of it after the " type in the aspect ratio of a 15" screen i.e. h600 w800 then it will run in that ratio.
Or check the ingame options

It will still fit the same as the 19" monitor.
The size of the monitor makes no difference it wont just show a chunk of the picture.
Do you get more picture on a big TV than on a small one.
No the picture is scaled to fit. It's the same for monitors.

Change the screen resolution. Under your windows control panel, set the display to 600x800 instead of 1024x768. This should help the game to fit onto the screen, but will also make your Windows Icons appear larger. Good luck
