there is a difference between loneliness and being alone

Its a personal mental picture someone paints for themselves that turns being alone and liking and into loneliness

you choose your feelings

Use this time to think and comptemplate if you are a fighter think of a powerful move and better defence, if your a poet write your love, life, or pain instead, maby, you like a girl if nothing else you can think about what you can say to lull her to your arms. Just as long as you remember that their is no lonliness, but simply a time to reflect.

Lonliness is a state of mind. Get out and meet people. remember you are a valuable person and people would like to spend time with you. Get out and get moving. if you are homebound pick up the phone and call someone just to chat.
