find a good quarterback for next year ? I just can't see them going all the way with Rex Grossman. They need a quarterback, don't they?

Yes. It takes a team to win a SB, but it takes a good QB to keep things together. All Rex had to do was to keep it together, but he couldn't keep himself together. If the fans had their way, Rex would be out, probably. Get Griese warmed up and smoothed out, and make him earn his money.

They just need to find someone that will not make stupid mistakes all the time. They need a safe QB kind of like Dilfer with the Ravens when they won.

Yes. If they had a better offense, their defense would not have been on the field so much and would have had a chance to rest, helping them play better. People say defense wins championshiops, but you have to have an offense that can score points too.

They are a decent team but their defense could not stop the run, so that needs to be addressed
