It depends on the species of snake. Many pythons can have up to 200 teeth divided into four rows: two on the top and two on the bottom. There teeth will break off frequently as they eat, but they will continue to regrow them.

They actually have around about 170 to 180 teeth so that when they grab on to their prey, they grab on and then don't let go, all those teeth help to hold on, and then they swallow them whole.
