Who ever is in charge, take their coat, their photographs, anything they are personally attached to, and burn them. Then go to the second person in charge and do the same thing. Start with small things and work yourself up to bigger things, so they get the point, but they get it slowly, you don't want to ruin a fun time all at once. If this doesn't work....tomorrow come to work dressed in as many layers of clothes that you can stand, you'll look like the Michelin Man, but then you won't be able to work, because you can't move your arms or legs. You have to be savvy with managers, they aren't very smart, that's why they have to hire you, to do their work for them!

My office is cold too. I used to put the headphones on my ears and pretend to hear some music from time to time, I also used to keep my feet under my desk and never try to move them. I sit on a low chair with my face facing the computer screen, next to the screen I put my handbag to prevent cold air from comming. I usually take other employees chairs (when they leave ) and put it next to my desk , till now I don't know why doing that make me feel warm.

If it's an office and it's less than 16 degress C then you can go home - and get paid for it!!!
If not, then have a look for the most junior member of staff - they are normally up for a good bonfire....

Get hot hands to warm your hands they stay hot for a while. Then I would say get a new job. If they are that cheap I would say you wont be getting any raises or promotions.

You can actually complain on your manager for not providing a proper (comfortable) working environment. Check with your local offices for more info.

Pile all the wooden furniture up and set it alight. Once it's going nicely toss the cheapskate managers onto it.
