You go to 3-4 houses near the advocate house/office and tell all your story . Also if you have some market union tell them so that they can take action against this corrupt lawyer and also can be care full in future

My advice to you is seek a GOOD attorney and tell him/her all that you stated here and go from there.
Your attorney should know exactly what to do about filing charges against that so-called lawyer who is try to scare you into allowing him to make you give him credit or whatever his scheme is.
You are not in any trouble at all because it's your right to refuse anyone credit because it's your business that you have to look after.
Please seek out a GOOD attorney right away and have your new attorney send this trouble making lawyer a letter informing him that what he's trying to do is so very illegal and that you are about to file charges against him for harassment and whatever else your new attorney can come up with to get this person to stop him from doing this to any one else.
You have done nothing wrong but he surely has and has to be stopped before someone gets really hurt in the pocket book that is.

They cannot do this just because you refused them credit. Just because he is a lawyer doesn't mean that he pays his bills on time and has good credit. I know some doctors that are several thousands of dollars in debt because they live beyond their means....and these are specialists and have already paid off their schooling. You have the right to refuse credit to anyone.

i think of you the two could have a take a seat chat approximately funds. Who pays the bill? I pay the expenditures. i might desire to be attentive to the place the money is going. My husband believes that he's thrifty yet he's no longer. it relatively is a controversy. i'm nonetheless attempting to choose a thank you to artwork it so he would not see me as low priced or being unfair. Our needs are continually extra suitable than our earning. i do no longer worry approximately small purchases. it relatively is the likely neverending enormous needs. My husband needs to purchase 2 enormous somethings. they gained't get a lot use in a 365 days. they are going to be airborne dirt and dirt creditors for 8 months out of the 365 days. I also have a feeling that it is going to likely be even extra suitable than that. He form of became into quiet when I stated no after he asked me. we've spent a lot of money. we will keep a team of money yet we would desire to bulk up our mark downs. He needs yet another enormous purchase. His teenagers continually desire/choose something. i'm no longer working my butt off for them. they're spoiled sufficient and it relatively is different from they do something around the homestead. it relatively is a straightforward issue. it relatively is a huge one. take a seat and have a funds chat. you may might desire to do it on a semi popular foundation.

This fellow SOUNDS like an attorney who is looking to make what I refer to as a "fivilous" law suit.
However, because he's involved you...your BEST option would be to contact an attorney yourself to protect you and your business! If the courts find in your favor...your lawyer SHOULD be able to get the other party to pay for your defense since he was the one who brought such a fivilous law suit in the first place!
There's an old saying "If it weren't for lawyers ... we wouldn't NEED lawyers!"
Best wishes!

the moment he receives the reply from the lawyer engaged by you, that will be the last you have heard from him.Unfortunately, such unscrupolous lawyers abound in large nos,They wil be found hanging outside many courts. That is why they are known as 'Outstanding' lawyers meaning thereby that they earn their living by standing outside the court premises.
So send him a reply at once to shut him up once and for all.

As a lawyer, this man should know that he must be able to provide evidence eg. delivery order, invoices or cash sales bill to prove the dealings. Also, you could use the letter to file against him.

Neither the lawyer nor you know the law. Ask him for your bill?. Immediately, consult with another lawyer and file a case against him for harassment and claim damages.

DO NOT RESPOND. Until you are served with an actual lawsuit do not do anything.
Do not respond to the letter.
Do not make any statements to this person.
Refuse to speak with this person or their advocate on the telephone and do not write anything to them.
I repeat. Until you are served with an actual lawsuit do NOT do anything. Until you have an actual court date, do not respond.
