No, not at all. I know a person can work themselves into a weird mental state, and maybe if you mix that with some drug you'll get what has been commonly seen at those meetings the practitioners hold.
But a good deal of that, and of witchcraft relies on the belief of transference. Transference basically is the belief that if something looks like or is made to look like something else(think voodoo doll) then it becomes it, or somehow attains its properties.
At least that is my understanding.

the classical pin cushion doll voodoo is not true it is Hollywood. the pin cushion dolls was actually black magic witches. voodoo is actually blessing people by giving them bags of regents

i try not to be mean but is this the work of Hollywood or the ignorance of the public

It's real. My family practices it. They are disgusting. It is more sleight of hand than magic though.

No........LOL!!! I have met some people who really believe in though and they are from Jamaica. They took that stuff very seriously. I have never seen it work myself.................:)
