Prince rocked it people! He did his stuff, Hendrix, the Foo Fighters(remember the Foos did cover Darling Nikki). Prince can play and the show was live! No lip sync! Half time shows have sucked for YEARS now! I can't wait to see his show in Vegas!
For the people that didn't like what they heard.... I'd suggest getting that tumor removed from between your ears!

After reading some of these answers it just goes to show that some people have a lack of taste for good music and talent. The man played in pouring rain with the best performance seen in a super bowl. It's been all over Today, Good Morning America, and every news station as the best. Come on people wake up and stop being biased. Give the man his just due.

I thought that Prince was awesome! I have seen him in concert three times for 1+ hour long shows and loved it. And for an 8min show he was great! Not to mention the fact that it was pouring down rain. I especially loved the marching band, that was great! The only time I was disappointed was when it was over--haha

I like Prince and enjoyed the show. I've seen better performances by him though... I think they went waaaaay too conservative.

It would have been better if they had focused LESS on the choreography and more on Prince's talent. He is awesome on guitar. All the other bullsh!t kind of detracted from him playing.

It was fine, but he could have taken off the headwrap that old ladies use to keep their curlers in while they sleep. I'm glad he didn't play that schmultzy yuck he produced in the mid 90's.

Don't get me wrong, I am all man, but I have never seen a midget sing and dance in such an erotic manner before.

i'm a huge fan, but i wasn't completely in ahh over this performance. i thought it could have been a little better, but i'm not loving the tupac rag he's sporting now.
