Madam Tussauds is in Baker Street and Planet Hollywood is in the West End, near Piccadily Circus or Leicester Square. You can get on the tube, most probably a bus and of course a cab. I reckon about 10 to 15 mins journey

Madame Tussauds is superb. while you're vacationing London then it would be unhappy to pass over it, yet remeber that it extremely is basically a static waxworks. The Planetarium around the corner is plenty greater powerful fee for spending a moist afternoon.. in case you choose an journey which you will not get someplace else then bypass to the London Eye, the national Gallery (Trafalgar sq.), The organic historic previous and technological information Museums (South Kensigton tubes), walk over the extreme point catwalks of Tower Bridge, the Tower of London. Planet Holywood is merely an over-rated over-priced hamburger cafe it extremely is famous basically using fact some Holywood actors (they don't look to be gods notwithstanding some dick-heads think of) got here to open it approximately 6 years in the past and have not come again using fact that. in case you consume there you will come away bloated with floor hamburger meat (it includes fat, gristle and offal) and feeling too plenty lighter on your wallet. supply it a pass over or the following day you will think of "so what replace into particular approximately that?". consume at an Aberdeen Steak residing house or, greater powerful nevertheless, %. between the magnificent eating places around Covent backyard.

Number 13,139 or 453 bus from Baker Street to Piccadilly Circus. Ignore the person who said a number 2 as it doesn't go anywhere near Piccadilly Circus......
You will have spent so much at that overrated 'attraction' that is Madame Tussauds I doubt if you will be able to afford a taxi.

As you're a tourist you proabbly wont have an oyster card which means getting a cab shared between a few of you will probably now work out cheaper than getting the tube.

The bus is still cheaper but that's a world of pain. If your in London as a tourist you should get a black cab - its all part of the experience; seeing the sights, smelling the smells, listening to the cabbies innate xenophobic ramblings.

you could take a bus, but if you are not familiar with london, its better to take the tube. Baker street station is right next to madame tussands, and from there its a few stops on the bakerloo line to piccadilly circus!
From there its a short walk to Planet Hollywood, and if you get a bit stuck you can ask a tube worker or they have maps up at the stations.
check out this link too as its really useful for planning journeys
