make ice sculptures. grab buckets or any kind of container you want, fill them with 1-2 inches of water (depends on how cold) and let it sit. once it freezes, pop them out and display them somewhere outside. you can use water as a cement to keep some of the ice pieces together. food coloring is sometimes a cool idea to change the look.

and when you think about where to display the organic sculpture, try to put it in front of lights that might be on at night. i did this and mine lasted almost 2 weeks! i also had some leaves that got it, but made it look kind of cool too.
