Me personally - two dollars. I do better with the scratch offs.
But I used to work at a bank in the same building that the lottery claim center for NY was in. Sometimes winners would be brought in by lottery officials to open accounts. I've also seen the media hoopla that surrounds some winners - all the cameras and lights as they follow the people around.

A headache! I gave up when I heard that dumb hillbilly in West Virginia won the single largest payout to an individual and now he is bankrupt! How do you loose $315 million dollars?

$10-$15 - that's about it. I've never known anyone to win big money from that so I now believe it's a total hoax. They make you think you can win...but you really can't and won't.
