I don't know; I'm a woman, and they're just very sexual. Probably because the media over-sexualizes them. Plus, they're something you can grab onto and squeeze and play with during sex, which basically turns anything into something sexy (the butt, etc.). I mean, nobody sexualizes elbows, but breasts are just there.
