Cook in the kitchen with the girls? Oh man...I just wonder what the feminists here will do with THAT !!!!!

Anyway...back to the Q...we each have our own ideas about what makes the Superbowl super. To many of us, it is the creativity of the $2.6 million dollar 30 second commercial. To others, it is the thrill of the competition on the field. Some tune in for just the half time show. I personally haven't cared for football since the Houston Oilers moved to Tennessee....oh, the sorrow.

I don't agree. I'm a girl and I watched the Sujperbowl., watched all of it and enjoyed it. I wasn't in the kitchen cooking "for all the boys in the living room watching the big screen". I was watching the game with my family. I enjoyed the commercials too. But the game was even more exciting I think. What century do you live in???? Girls/Females aren't used for just cooking and being housewives anymore.

I lost interest in the super bowl after super bowl 4. when there was two very separate leagues it was great. now it just seems over bloated and all about money. I have not watched one in over 30 years and I sure would not watch one to see the commercials. I also was not in the kitchen and am probably better physical health than most men who are30 years younger than myself

The commercials were garbage. But, our family wasn't watching for the commercials or the halftime show.

My wife and daughter watched the game with me and the boys. Then my wife and I cooked dinner together at halftime.

Best part, Colts win!!!

Tony Dungy is a great coach. Gotta love him!

I agree.. Although I do like football and commercals, I do belive it is a wife's place to be making sure the husbands are fed, and Happy and the children are properly attended to and quiet.. I was at a superbowl party last night, where I slaved a way to make wonderful foods, then the girls and I prepared it all in the kitchen while the MEN were in the Football room.. Take care of your men ladies!!!

LOL your such a guy. I like to watch the game and not the commercials, also. My husband and I had a wonderful time on the couch while watching the game. Even made a little money when the Colts won.... ;-)
