Only Government Agencies have live access == you will have to ask MI5, CIA or KGB...

Everyone else has to make do with static images taken months or years ago (eg Google Earth).

Not live using google, after looking at my house the photo is about 5 years old an some of those photo's are taken by aircraft.

If you were a government official with access to a spy satelite maybe and that would depend on cloud cover!

Not possible for an ordinary person.
maybe... maybe a five star general in the American army could order it, given enough time and reason.... how good are your connections to the military :-)

Basically, it is VERY unlikely that you'll get a photo 'in real time'

in the meantime, there are satellite pics available from http://maps.google.com - or google earth. these are very detailed in some places, not so much in other places.

also, in some places you can buy aerial photographs of your area. these are pretty detailed, but also can be quite expensive.

unless you are in the military or other defence organisation forget it! no such satellite cameras exist!
it would cost millions to get a series of satellites in orbit that could be used in this way.
you could always BUY an IP/Ethernet camera and connect that up to watch the house in question. you would only need the IP address and the user name and password you set up.
though these cameras are very expensive typically not less than £150 each! but they need a constant power supply to work.

Why do you want it ? You want a 24X7 surveillance on a particular house ? It is possible. But you need a permission from the army and plenty of fund.
In other words, it is not for you.
