No they must play.
Although it is sure that they are not going to win, it will give them experience at this level and also it will help the game of cricket to spread across the globe.
And who knows there might also be a surprise in store like:
WI vs Kenya - 1996 world cup.

They already do!!
Bermuda & Kenya always qualify for the World Cup through doing well in the ICC Trophy, as do Holland, Canada, Scotland, and Ireland..

no they should not play in champions trophy cuz it's just waste of money but icc cant stop them from playing world cup.....cuz they need one big goal to make...that's the goal they will try to score
