In fact its our greatest asset.The demographic dividend factor comes into play here.India has a large number of people likely to be employed in the next few decades(average age in India is 24).That is the reason India and China are the fastest growing economies in the world.Former economic superpowers like Japan now have a more aging population - increasing the pressure on the decreasing employable lot.However, this advantage of young population can be utilized effectively only if they are skilled enough.Hence,education and health should be our foremost priorities.That will certainly help the nation's progress.
