I saw him on the Top Gear episode where they showed the crash and he looks really gaunt, thin, pale and looks like he's aged about 10 years.

I wouldn't say that Richard looks ten years older, that's a bit unfair. Considering what he went through, after crashing at over 280 miles per hour and almost losing his life, he looks much better than I expected him to look. He's still that ' baby faced ' good looking guy that he always has been, only now, he seems to be a lot thinner in the face, than he was before, but give him time, I don't think it will be long before we see the ' Old Richard Hammond again. !! xx

I think he looks amazing. I thought he was attractive before his accident and I was really upset about him. I thought he'll never look good again, but I still loved him. But its amazing that he looks so good. I could eat him with a spoon!!!!!. OK, He's sure to look pale and gaunt, he nearly died for Gods sake, but I think he looks gorgeous. His eyes are amazing. Its so good to see him back, I don't think it matters how he looks. He's been a very lucky bloke!!!

Wouldn't you look bad if your head was ploughed into the dirt at over 200 mph? I think he looks pretty good considering the severity of the crash.

Yes he really does look quite poorly still. I wonder has he had some kind of nerve damage to his facial nerves? Still love him though!!!!

Agree, watched Top Gear last night and thought, boy he looks pretty shook up.

But wouldn't you if you'd crashed at 600mph???

Yes, that's exactly what I thought. He said he likes celery. Maybe he eats like a "Hamster" now (Clarkson used to call him that).
