Ginger is right! This was found to be the most successful treatment on a recent episode of Myth Busters on the Discovery Channel. It can ease nausea associated with motion sickness. Encapsulated ginger is much easier to take then chewing raw or candied ginger.

Ask a health food store for 'ginger'. Heard that can work for some people. Other than that, there's Dramamine, or you can get a perscription for Scopalomine patches (those work fairly well without too much drowsiness) . When I had some mild sea sickness, good ol peanut butter sandwhich cured me!
