I'd say the top 10 are:
1. Promote unhealthy stationary/sedentary lifestyle
2. Isolate gamer from physical social interaction
3. Some are extremely time consuming and highly addictive
4. Isolate gamer from family interaction
5. Physiological threats for links to seizures/epilepsy
6. Increase blood pressure
7. Promote insatiable perceived "need" for constant upgrades/new products (either in equipment or games, whether it's the next sequel to the game or improved gaming console and system)
8. Expensive (debatable based on what you compare it to, but a simple football is much less than any video game, and you never have to upgrade it, just go outside and throw it around)
9. Dissociate people from reality as the more they play the game, the more they are consumed by the game
10. Increased aggression without regular physical means of release can lead to more uncontrollable outbursts

time consuming
health deteriorates from being immobile
promotes violence (for some people, beating a prostitute on a video game is just the beginning...)
takes away from family time
raises blood pressure (proven by a study group a friend of mine held)
does not promote good social skills amongst children

That's it, but you need to gather some evidence to support anything you will mention in your debate... and think ahead about what the opposing side is going to focus on as far as pros.... dig up info that disproves anything they might say... you can really zing 'em if you know what they are going to say and can counter them with evidence that shows the opposite side of their argument.

Good Luck!
