Skirt length?

What would be a good length for a skirt for a 50 year old man?
Who has good looking legs. Also pantyhose, tights, or stockings ?

You are on the leading edge of men's fashion! Skirt's will be popular one day in near future (Actually it will be a RETURN to skirts men wore for centuries). I would think mid thigh for summer and below knee with tights for winter. Pantyhose is now basically UNISEX for those that don't know it. (There are many manufacturers of pantyhose for men...for the uninformed. Actually most are just women's repackaged and fit perfectly).

Forget Kilts. By definition a Kilt IS a Skirt! Kilts are expensive and not necessary so don't pay attention to the Scottish BS you hear.

As they say, "it takes a Real Man to wear a skirt!" More than 60% of the women are fine with it so go for it. Wear a length YOU are comfortable with to H$%& with everyone else! From a distance why would it look any different than wearing shorts? Who care?

I've always worn knee length, solid blue denim skirts and have never had any problems with public perception. I've had countless women come up to me and ask me how I got so handsome in a skirt so I can tell you perception is reality as seeen, not imagined.

The current kilt skirt length is 23" which is way to long for me, so I ordered my kilt at 20" long and it hangs just above my knees and looks awesome in hose, leggings and sneakers ! For me as an older male, I'm surprised at the positive reactions I've gotten after getting over the initial fear of wearing a skirt out in public. I'm sold now, period !!!

As long as you have an appropriate shirt on top such as a polo or a shirt with tie no one is going to complain. The best combination I've had is with a blue denim solid skirt at just above the knee with tan hose (not the junk you buy at Walmart, get something like Cappezio or Italian hose) and some black wedge ankle boots of wedge boots made of leather.

Men already wear skirt like long overcoats called pea coats so what's the big deal ? A skirt is just another functional piece of clothing designed for comfort and health in a man's case. Wear them in public appropriately so you blend in with pride...and enjoy your freedom ! :">
