Since most car dealers work on sales commission I would think that the month of December would be the best month because of the tremendous potential it can be to make a great Christmas for both of you since you have a new car and the salesman makes some good money on commission for said new car. My second pick would be January due to lack of sales because of Christmas and the company strive to get more customers because fewer deals are made because of the lack of available funds after the holidays.

At the end of the year (September, October, November, December) when all the next year cars are coming out. The dealerships are looking to get rid of the current year cars to make room for the upcoming year cars.

honestly its at the end of the year when new models are coming in most dealerships are trying to get rid of cars from the current year and usually sell them for much cheaper or have great discounts

During their "End of the Year" sales. They are trying to sell all their year old models to make room for the next year's models.
