Well, it is considered clever business.

Keep in mind that people there live with far less products and services, which come at a low price compared to the same in western countries.

Therefore, these people that consist cheap labour consider their wages high enough in many cases.

This will only change if these people start demandind a level of welfare similar to the one of North America and Europe. However, achieving this seems impossible, Earth does not have such a large amount of resources. :(

The one thing that infuriates corporations is to have to pay people to work. It just buggers up their ideal business model every time.
