definitely job satisfaction. I was in a job that paid pretty good but I hated everyday going to work. I was finally laid off which has forced me doing something else. This time I am working towards a job in which I really have a passion for and my heart is into it. I would never do anything I didn't want to do again!

hello to everyone! i vote for job satisfaction! for a whole interesting day and not just for a relaxing weekend! you are a different person if you do a satisfying job, in the contrary i don't believe money changes many things, if there aren't many debts of course. Many people want to earn more money due to competition, or due to other unsolved personal problems, unsatisfying relationships etc. etc.
