Lawyer Friends, Pls tell me whether running a Primery School is illegal in a residential society area ??
I am in keen need to know the legal position whether running a pre-primery school in a cooperative housing society building is legal or not ? The school is permitted by State Education Deptt, but the permission of Society is not taken. School running since three years. Building is touching on main road of 50 feet wide. Pls help me if we can get legal protection under some Civil law etc. Pls give me details. Thanking you all very much, in advance.
