i went outside to warm up my car because it is really cold out bellow 0. It started i went inside and it cut off now it won't start.
I have a new battery bought it in october, oil change last week and a full tank of gas. what could it be

Probably a Cold Engine..Try a few squirts of Easy Start
If the Turn of the Key does not make a Wrrr Sound then the Starter or Alternator could be at Fault

your problem might be your alternator, as in alternator not charging your battery . even though its a newish battery check your water levels in your battery that can also cause this problem(i wouldn't think it will be your starter motor as you started it inthe first place to warm it up) if it cut out coz of temperature too high then that might me your thermostat not working only a female don't much about cars but not totally stupid on them always fixed me own lol(also have you put your anti freeze in)

might have frozen condensation in fuel line shutting off the flow of fuel ..

could be your starter motor did u try start it on jump leads
