you can validate your code at w3c and find out what is wrong. it could be many things that are causeing it not to display. Firefox has a developer extension that is very useful in finding problems

Use a browser without ActiveX such as FirefoxMozilla, that will then display it.
There is an incompatability of your browser with the website. It might be that you are using an older version of InternetExplorer, If so download the latest version.

There could be many reasons why your web page does not display without further details, but my first thought was, did you name your 'home page' as: index.html or index.htm?

more details please.
webapge wont display could due the following problem:
1) page missing.
2) wrong format of file, usually is .html or .htm page.
3) active X not supported by your browser.
