You are best of going to a jewellers and speaking to them about the best one they have for a ring with a diamond in it. As many jewellery cleaners are not any good for diamond rings.
With my engagement ring they offered an annual free of service clean. You should think back to whether this option was offered to you. Or maybe you could pay for it to be professionally cleaned.

Just use toothpaste and a soft toothbrush and clean the ring just the same as cleaning your teeth. The bristles get into all the nooks and crannies of the ring and the toothpaste leaves it as shiny and clean as new. Rinse well. Ring will look like a jeweller has cleaned it.

I work in a Jewellery Shop and would recommend using a gold dip and finishing off with a soft toothbrush and detergent under the stone for the more stubborn grime. If you want to be sure that your not going to damage the ring take it to a respectable jeweller who will do it for you. Not expensive.

I have several rings including the one you are asking about.
You may think I am stupid but ALL my diamond rings are cleaned with really hot soapy water and a toothbrush,if they are really dirty I boil them in a saucepan with soapy water and give them a good brush and soak, I always rinse them well but only boil diamonds.
It is different with other stones, believe me, I have tried it although hot soapy water will clean most rings including gold chains and bracelets,mr muscle is also great for this purpose.

Get a plastic bowl, and put some dish soap in it,along with lukewarm water. Get an old soft toothbrush and gently scrub it. Wipe dry with soft towel and "polish" with a slip or camisole, or silk pair of panties. Comes out like brand new. This way can be used for all of your jewelry.

Get something called "jewelers rouge" its a polish/cleaner that jewelers use to shine everything up. Just follow the directions on the tube, It comes in a small little 4oz tube, that tube will cost you bout 20-30 USD, but its worth every penny.

buy jewelry cleaner (u can find little tubs at walmart, drug stores, jewelry stores, etc) they come with a little brush inside. u let the ring soak for a minute or so in the liquid and then brush gently to remove clinging dirt and stuff. then rinse off with water and pat dry.

toothpaste,be conscious a small volume on any previous toothbrush you've,gently scrub the ring throughout, rinse in chilly water, then dry your ring with a tender towel/textile.with any success your ring will look sparkling.i exploit this technique each and every of the time on all my silver/gold/,earrings.

There are several methods:
Make a paste of Oxyclean and gently wash the ring.
Use toothpaste and a brush.
However, don't use an ultrasonic cleaner as it could eventually cause the stone to shatter.
