Basicly the Problem was caused by the Population explosion of the Baby Boomer Generation after WW2. The effects are possible total annhilation of social Security and All other benefits for the elderly, due to the overstrain on Economy and national programs

Population control programs and longer life expectancies caused it. Effects? Skyrocketing healthcare costs, lower productivity and reduced competitiveness of countries with a large ageing population.

There are more elderly because of the baby boom after ww2 and medicine has helped them live longer.We need to find a way to get them involded in helping the community after they have retired and still receive the respect they deserve.They need not be mistreated and warehoused and forgotten.They have the wisdom from many years of lifes experience and are good for us and make us better and should be listened to and loved.They took care of us ,now it is there turn
