I know it's a blessing, but I get mistaken for 15 wherever I go! The problem is.. I'm going to be 21 this year. I know I can use this to my advantage, but at the same time it's annoying to be asked how old I am. I'm 5'7", and that's what I got to work with. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

By the way, I have brown hair, green eyes, fair skinned, thin build. Maybe working out would help? :S I'm just worried, because I'm in the legal profession, and I need to be taken seriously!

Boy oh Boy oh Boy! You are describing me at your age. I went through all that too, at 21 I was 5'6 and about 125 pounds I think, just a tiny thing!
The good new is I now am over 30 (actually I'm almost 42, sssshhhhhh!) and I look maybe 28-29. My point is if you use it, and take care of it like I have tried to do, you can have it later on when you discover the wonderful opportunities you can create for yourself with your young look.
Suggestions for work, seriously try eyeglasses with clear lenses. Try gelling your hair and combing it back, (That whole Darrin Stephens from Bewitched look) and cutting it really short helps too. Never wear dress slacks with cuffs, it just makes short guys like us look shorter. and to gain a little stature, you can get insert-able lifts for your shoes that work really well to give you more height, just be conservative using them. Good luck.

It might not be just what you look like. It might be the clothes you wear, how you talk. Your appearance isn't the only thing that tells what your age is. Since you are in the legal profession, you probably wear suits and things like that. Make sure you look as professional as possible, but also don't over do it. Maybe you will have the innocence factor, and people will feel that you are honest from your appearance. It's not so bad, but I see where you're coming from on why you don't like to look too young.

It has plenty to do with the weightloss plan that human beings devour, their ecosystem and evolution. via the years 12 year olds and stuff slowly began looking older and older and in my opinion i imagine it truly is by way of nutrition. We devour quick nutrition the position we do not comprehend have the elements, drink milk with further hormones (no longer everyone does this yet i'm speaking majority) and the hormones can make you flow via puberty earlier, it really is why 7 year olds are starting up to get their era and ****. Society is ****** up huh?

Believe me, it's going to be a blessing later on. I was like you--I took my younger cousins to the pool once, and was automatically charged child price (12 and under). The problem was, I was in college at the time, and had my swimsuit on! But it came in handy later on. When I was staff attorney for the Indiana BMV, I sat in on a state senate committee hearing about carding minors. Suddenly, one of the senators, trying to make the point that you can't tell how old a person is, pointed to me and said, "Miss, are you over 18?" I was 33. He kept going on, and finally gave up at 30. I went up and thanked him later.

First of all, you might want to change the way you dress. Few teens go around in suit and tie and shiny shoes. Or golf clothes.
Gaining weight, growing a mustache, shave the top of your head to make it look bald (and die some gray hairs in there). A cane might work too.
Oh, and deepen your voice.
I had the same problem. Seriously, don't worry about it. It's all in how you carry yourself.
