pregnant woman stand than a fat bird cry !!!! i'm sure we have all made that mistake at least once

Don't give up your seat because she's pregnant, but because she's a woman, and you're a gentleman. We still really appreciate the gesture, no matter what we say. Just say, "Why don't you sit down, miss" and let it go at that without mentioning whether she's pg or not.
