Phoning people and saying they won a prize andthen getting their credit card number and charging them (SCAM)
Calling long distance on someone elses phone (Fraud and Theft)
Phoning police or Fire depatments when no crime was committed (public disturbance)
Phoning for pizza and have it delivered to someone else without their knowledge.
Calling cab companies and requesting a car for a wrong address.
Harassing people or making threats.
Listening or taping peoples conversation (privacy act)

Hell has been closed due to occupational health and safety infringements. For one thing, they had no fire extinguishers, as you mentioned.
