Do you know why they are doing this? Is it because you do things they don't approve? If that is the case then you need to stop giving them the chance to do this.

Start asking them questions instead of having them interogating you.

are they yelling at eachother or at you... if they are yelling at eachother you try to figure out whats wrong and stop it...
if they are yelling at you then stop doing the wrong stuff you do
