You must talk to someone about this. A relative, friend, teacher. Dont act like you desurve this treatment. only the ones who do it to you desurve it! Good luck!!

Who is telling you that you have a weak character? By posting this mail you are showing that you have anything but.
I know it is really hard to tell on others, but if bullying is making you this miserable, then you must tell someone.
If you do sports or something else that makes you active and fit, you will be very healthy, much happier, and able to take care of yourself. If your family say no to sports, then either convince them by working out a really good argument for it, or think of another kind of activity that will help you.
Bullys only pick on people who they think are weak - if you realise that you are not weak, then quickly so will they, and they will move on. So your confidence is the key.
There isnt really an overnight fix for this, but find someone to talk to face-to-face and work on this use other activities to get more friends and confidence, and make those bullies go away.
Sorry I can't just give you all the answers, but do find someone to talk to about this as soon as you can.
The only ones that have weak characters are those nasty little people who pick on you - you are a strong person, just remember that

Airsoft is a really good sport to join in. It is not as costly as paintball but it isn't free. If you go to airsoft sites and play you exercise and are part of a team made up of people who usually don't know each other. Or some form of martial arts is good also

i agree with lex. dont feel as though you deserve to be treated this way. find someone to talk to who you can trust. you can also take steps to strenghten yourself, physically and mentally, although you dont have to be violent. that would make you as bad as the people picking on you. hope it all works out.
