I am 3 weeks pregnant and yesterday i went to the bathroom and when i wiped it was like my discharge had a hint of blood in it , sorta pink, should i be concerned what should i do this is my first pregnancy and i am scared to death

Pink is nothing to be scared of! Probably just some implenataion bleeding left over on your cervix and when you wiped you caught it. No problems.
Be concerned if you see bright red blood acoompanied by cramping and sometimes a pain in your shoulder.

Sounds like your egg is implanting into your uterus. But I would go to the doctors anyway. I had the same thing a little pink had an ultrasound and found out it was a twin pregnancy and I lost one of the twins the other one (thank god) made it and is now an rambunctious 5 y/o. I don't want to scare you but when in doubt call your doctor that is what they are there for. Good Luck CONGRATS

i had the same problem.you should make an appt.with your ob/gyn.shell schedule you for a sonogram .good luck.

it sounds lke implantation bleeding i wouldn't worry and congrats.
