Hi, guys!
Please, read the story first.
I went to a pub with my friends. And one of them got totally
drunk and acted really weird, obnoxiously sometimes...
However, he didn't remember anything the next morning.
Actually, this happens every time I go drinking with him.
Whenever he drinks, he turns into a total weirdo.
He sings and dances against the walls, talking bad things
about his boss... but, next morning? No clue!
He doesn't remember anything that he did during the night!
So, I want some phrases or expressions to explain this
in a simple but good way. haha!
But, I can't come up with any.
"He acts like a dog whenever he gets drunk."
could be possible, I guess... =)
Do you have any better idea?
(I'm not good at English, so it's difficult to tell what I really want to.
But, I hope that I made myself understood this time.)

I'd call him either a "happy drunk" (if he's nice) or a "mean drunk" (if he's aggressive, argumentative, or nasty). Sounds like your friend displays elements of both.
The fact that he has a complete blackout and doesn't remember his behavior while drunk is not a good thing, and you should be sure to tell him that.

Usually they are described as "mighty jolly" or something like that.
